Field Thoery is made up of four crushing movements which create a reflective and difficult whole; this the expansive, noisy and unsettling debut from Shit Human. Enjoy x
In Shit Human's words:
Meaninglessness is resistance, we are manifest in our generation of meaning and are doing so to our detriment. When I die, I am freed. At some stage we will all die – trivial yet profound. We make time, in turn it ages us, and as I age my consciousness will grow absurd and so will yours. In space-time which direction does thermodynamics move? Carbon returned, meaning returned, importance returned. Late-stage capitalism, warming, well developed hatred of other, to be ‘other than’ is to be regarded with suspicion. More united and as far apart as we have ever been - whilst the world dies I dream of you, while you die you dream of others, while they die they dream of sheep, while sheep die they dream of. This was made for you; do you even care anymore? All our grand narratives are dead – what to I tell myself to keep going – daily panic – daily despair for others. Do you like my curated space – this is what I am – digital manifestation of my mediocre imagination – middle of the gaussian. At least Robins like me, they stay close when they should fly away – Robins live forever in vector nests. Me, us, them, Me, us, them, Me, us, them, Me, us, them, Me, us, them, Me, us, them, Me, us, them. Fatigued by trying to make a good impression when my immediate impression is that I’m making a personally loathsome impression – personal in that the impression I makes is worst impression I could imagine. I imagine my own downfall – we are our own downfall. Joyless fuck sessions and coke parties to keep us warm. Low pressure, wind, rain, knots of wind, sheets of rain. This is literally meaningless – everything here is made up, written to waste time. Any meaning is created by unrelated associations. Spasmodic associations create meaning – brute forced. We harvest the energy of a discarded clothes and the smoke filled the sky and the Robins returned to their vector nests – I miss them. I made this for them.
